But both are very sweet. Coco was named Coco because as a kitten, he was chocolate brown. You can still see some brown in his undercoat. Gismo looked like Gismo from Gremlins as a kitten.
They remind me of my other new cat, Tucker. Another poor abandoned animal that managed to find his way to my house. He's friendly as can be, and always wants to be near people, but unlike Salmon, he's had a rougher time of things.
I've since had him fixed and vaccinated. Now, I'm letting him heal up.

Beautiful. And well behaved. My idiots would have cleared everything off the table in 30 seconds.
Very much. Glad he has a good home now.
Our boys came to use when some a-hole dropped a pregnant mama in our neighborhood right before an ice storm. We knew she wouldn't be able to go find herself food AND keep her babies warm, so my daughter and the kid up the street kept looking for her and another neighbor found her. So into our basement bathroom her and the kittens came. We found homes for mama and the 2 girls, but no one wanted the boys. So we kept them.
Talking about well behaved, this is an old one from when her fur was still growing back out. She wanted to "participate" in testing new Christmas lights, by just hanging out in the middle of them. Left the lights alone though.
Is it wrong, the first thing I thought of was Christmas Vacation ...

My cat kept climbing our tree and getting covered in glitter. He was just a kitten this Christmas. Next Christmas should be wild.Thankfully she leaves cables alone. This was one of her "you are doing a thing, I want to hang out while you do a thing" moments. She even was patient while I got a better camera than my iPhone. We have a fish tank she absolutely ignores unless I'm working on it, and then she wants to see what's in the cabinet and that's about it.
Had this joke been made yesterday though, I would probably be in a very different mood.
