Do you guys find yourself agreeing with Gurman or disagreeing with him?
I find that he seems to sometimes overreact to everything. I mean Apple is a large company, it's not perfect, and sometimes people leaving is a good thing it makes way for new people. Siri was stale for a long time and it was because of the people there. Look what happened when they left, Siri seems to have a new life now.

I remember when Apple was doomed in the early '90s. It got to be so much of a habit with them that it was like there was an eternal cloud of doom hanging over 1 Infinite Loop all the time every day.

Apple had some interesting CEOs during the 90s: Sculley, Spindler, Amelio. I recall several times when I wondered whether my favorite computer company would survive.
