That's in downtown San Francisco, along Market St. His name is John. I call him John the Jeweler. If you're looking for a gold chain, ring, or other fashion accoutrement, he'll fix you right up.

He's ofter seen walking the downtown with Red, who will sell you a nice watch to go with your $2,000 Ferragamo dress shoes.

.. two Canada geese families out for an early-morning stroll on the back parking lot of Lougheed Mall (Burnaby, BC) yesterday. Stopped to catch a look during my walk past. (note - the second family is in the background)
