Usually, when an OSCE/ODIHR EOM (international election observation mission) observes an election, they issue a report of interim findings the day after the election (when media interest is intense) and a Final Report - a much more considered document, with recommendations and conclusions - around six to ten weeks later.
However, for a variety of (excellent) reasons, this timetable was not adhered to, for the US elections of 2020.
Events in the US, post-election lawsuits, and other controversies, the events of January 6, - plus the size, political influence of, and the importance of the US - seem to have ensured that the OSCE were unusually cautious and careful when crafting and writing the Final Report.
Most weeks, since November, I've been keeping an eye on the OSCE website, and eventually - apparently, as recently as February 9 - the OSCE/ODIHR have issued their Final Report on the election of 2020.
