Am I the only one disabling the new camera button on the iPhone 17?

Not sure why Apple felt the need for this button, all it does is get in the way by accidental touches. Even with double click enabled it was causing issues when in the car holder but was glad to see there's an option to completely disable it at least so good on Apple for that, I'm all for innovation and new features as long as they're optional.

Not sure why they insisted on not just making it a shutter button. Have it stick out a bit. Half press to lock focus and exposure, full press to take a photo. That’s all anyone wanted. All the touch sensitive stuff just is too finicky, the button is hard to find when you need it and is located too far left, etc.
