I dunno. Seemed pretty clear to me that the ROMs can’t be user-supplied, and have to be provided as part of the app or by in-app purchase.Interesting take from PPSSPP regarding this news, because it seems not totally clear how the ROMs are transferred to the iOS device.

Yep. Apple came out 2 days ago and said it’s ok.According to this article the emulator Delta allows loading the ROMs via iTunes, Google Drive, or Dropbox:
