Another topic that deserves its own thread as the Trump administration and MAGA are now targeting everyone who isn't a white male as "less than" and not deserving of their positions.

There are far more minorities, women, and their allies in this country then there are bigoted misogynists. Targeting the majority of the population isn't going to go well. My conservative friend who was annoyed by wokeness in his government job has changed his tune over the last several weeks.
 
its amazing how much effort they are putting into attacking DEI Project 2025 really hates anyone, not a white male such a good Christians. they will take down the government to do it. Trump right out and said it's really more about getting women and minorities and dwarfs out of the workforce. my wife is blind and what is her future going to be like? but she will really chew her parents out about it if Trump does it since they blindly support him.

As long as he's white he'll always have an advantage as long as MAGA has their way, after all that's what led to DEI. If it's the federal government though he'll still likely face some sort of painful cuts/changes either way.

He's state. He works for the county health department so there is some overlap with the federal government. He gathers and analyzes data. What's most alarming to him is the wiping and blocking of data, especially any data that pertains to different groups of people based on ethnicity. Exiting WHO also alarms him. Although it may not affect him personally, there is a lot of talk of concern for anybody in the office who isn't a white man or in any way tied to diversity initiatives. On top of that is general concern about blanket cutting staff or projects not getting funded and therefor certain employees wouldn't be needed.

Nobody hates Americans more than Trump and MAGA. Terrorist organizations and adversarial countries hate the actions of our government. Trump and MAGA hate our citizens.

I suspect the wiping and blocking of data is only from the Govt databases only, it surely all exists from the original sources. Once Trump is done a more sane president can allow it to be put back.

This has gone well beyond removing DEI programs, it’s an in our faces attack on social norms, regressive, unbelievable, farscical if it was not actually happening, BUT IT IS HAPPENING.

The bottom line, removing DEI programs is code word for bring back Racism in all it’s glory. if you are not lilly white, but a lowly minority you will receive no accolades, no recognition, your faces will be covered. See the new directive to wear a bag over your head when you report to work? /S The MAGOTs DON’T WANT TO SEE YOU. They might even have a special place for you to live… or die.

Are we going to allow this to happen? Actually, that remains to be seen.

The Commandant of the US Coast Guard did comply with ShitGibbon's ideal race, but, unfortunately, failed to report a penis. She was notified of being dismissed and apparently given three hours to vacate the official residence in Joint Base Anacostia Bolling.

Female junk which resists proper grabbing will not be tolerated!
