RIP Betty White

Several news outlets are reporting that Betty White has passed today, less than three weeks shy of her 100th birthday. Her career, which began in the 1940s, is far too long to even summarize here, but it includes iconic series like The Golden Girls and the Mary Tyler Moore Show, to name just two. She was a national treasure and will be missed by many.

I saw the notice from TMZ a while ago and was hoping it was another false alarm for Ms. White.

She lived a tremendous life and will be greatly missed.

On one site I saw a photo of her and her late husband…Allen Ludden. Do you know how long ago that was? She was a widow for a long time, but she just kept on going. Quite a woman.
