The claim: Photo shows trucks participating in protest against vaccine mandate in Ottawa, Canada

Supporters used social media platforms to whip up support and over $7 million in funds for the self-described "Freedom Convoy," a protest against a Canadian COVID-19 vaccination mandate that began with a group of truckers and culminated in a gathering of tens of thousands of people in Ottawa on Jan. 29.

One photo that dozens of social media users used to promote the convoy, however, actually shows a completely unrelated event.

In the image, rows of trucks extend into the dusk, their lights reflecting in tones of amber, purple and pink. One user claimed they were protesters' vehicles lined up in Ottawa.

"This is Ottawa, Canada," the user's Jan. 24 Facebook post read. "'Freedom Convoy.'"

They are obsessed with crowd size, just like Trump. I guess it makes sense.
