Gateway and Packard Bell still exist!

Packard Bell exists outside of America and Asia, but I'm going to focus on Gateway in this thread because I live in the United States. 🇺🇸

These days, they're both owned by Acer.
If you didn't happen to already know, Gateway still exists! Along with Packard Bell, they have a pretty good website. :)

No shit! PB I thought got absorbed into someone (didn't realize it was Acer), but I thought Gateway just sort of went Tango Uniform ...

I think Gateway and Packard Bell would be better off making Chromebooks rather than Windows laptops that'll end up performing like crap.
 
Way back in the day, my daily driver was a Packard Bell. I knew they made crap machines, but I could live with the known issues, and it was good enough.
 
Of course Gateway still exists. How else would Car get to the Driveway.
