iPhone water resistance case dismissed

Next time find people whose phones died in the scenarios Apple advertised it to be able to withstand or any iPhone that died while it met the conditions for what it was rated to be able to withstand. Then maybe they will be successful....

IMHO, Apple should warranty iPhone's that died from water exposure that met the IP68 rating. It's complete BS that they don't. It's like automakers that design their cars for the track, but then voids your warranty because you took it to a track day( not hardcore competition racing, but just driving it around a track).

Agreed. If it's a marketing point, it should be a warranty point.
