because this is a scam. She can’t write. She doesn’t have thoughts.  This is trump trying to calm down pro-choice people without offending anti-abortion people.  It sends the message to certain pro-choice republican women that “oh, it’s ok. Trump’s wife will make sure he doesn’t sign a national abortion ban” while anti-abortion people can go “oh, it’s ok. Trump’s wife isn’t president.”
