What employees? Banking and Insurance are all statistics....and we had automation back in the 90's that could answer calls and "troubleshoot" callers problems. Once you have an insurance company in a box, you could "cookie cutter" it all over the planet - just massaging the rules based on local legislation and specifics for that geography.
I always figured that the manual labour jobs like mechanics would be the last to be automated....but if they make the robots inexpensive enough that households can afford them, I'd see the automakers installing them at their dealerships.
