We will only have one night in Cannon Beach and want to choose wisely for dinner. What is your #1 pick? Budget is a little bit tight, and we'd love to get some fresh seafood and/or Oregon specialties like wild mushrooms. Thanks.

Take a short run up to Seaside for dinner at Doogers. We first ate at the one in Cannon Beach, but they closed that one. Their clam chowder is delicate (not thick) and I am especially partial to their sautéed seafood combo (which says deep fried but they will do it sautéed if you ask). Yeah, Seaside is a pretty meh town, but that is the only Doogers left.

I know Mo's pretty well. They are a chain. They are pretty good ... if ... you're really hungry. The others, we have not really spent much time down there.
