TSMC outlines future 2nm plans.

Apple's primary chip supplier, TSMC, at its North American Technology Symposium, has outlined its future process plans. The company claims that 2nm is on track for 2025-2026.

I wish them luck. Not much more you can do once your gate is fully surrounded. Maybe cylindrical gates (which would be a real advantage) or CFETs (which would also be very advantageous for many circuits).
