one  person could move for a vote to unseat the speaker, which is a situation that's existed in the past, but was changed during Pelosi's time as speaker.

I think it plays out as, first a vote on the motion, and then if the motion passes they'd have a vote on whether to unseat the speaker, which if passed would lead to another round of votes to elect a speaker

but as pointed out above, the rule has yet to be approved
