Long story short: A friend of mine was impressed with the photos and videos produced by my iPhone 13 Pro Max compared to her six year old Android phone and is looking to upgrade to a newer one, preferably without switching to iOS.
Any recommendations? What phones should we take a closer look at?
The camera is the main priority. Casual web browsing, instant messaging and stuff like that shouldn’t be a problem these days as long as the phone supports Google Play Services or whatever it is called. Something smaller and lighter than an iPhone 13 Pro Max would be nice, but if a larger phone is notably better for photography then so be it… Budget is also flexible. As long as the phone can be expected to be supported for years to come and the photo/video capabilities are awesome, the price can go into 13 Pro Max territory and beyond, although cheaper would be nice.
