not sure i follow what they’re saying (i.e. why this suggests exclave issues)
 
I believe they’re suggesting the “m” prefix aligns with exclave naming.
It also aligns with “m-series” chips and lots of other things, so I dunno about drawing any conclusions like that.

Still, would be interesting if they made a major change to the boot process - it’s amazing how they can do stuff like that (changing file systems, boot loaders, etc.) and everything just works still.

Yeah. I’m not vouching for their conclusion. Too tenuous a link until more is known
