Apple is buying 20 percent of its iPhone satellite services partner
Apple is making a big investment in Globalstar.

Someday Apple is going to cut the carriers out of the equation.
Who cares.A very smart move. I wonder what Musk is thinking about that.
Who cares.
Looks like Apple is gonna use Blue Origin and SpaceX to launch new Global Star satellites.I suspect Apple does, with Starlink (a Musk company) being a competitor and having the largest communications satellite constellation in the world with 6,000+ operational satellites. I do as well being interested in the technology.
