I think this is also why you should be using critical thinking when seeing someone's slickly produced ad. I expect the Land Rover lawyers were all over that ad (along with some Chinese officials) making sure nothing went wrong or caused damage. Tests with safety mechanisms, editing out safety mechanisms that were used in the final attempt in post, swapping out tires meant for the task, etc.
