Jimmy Carter... He was one of the very best US Presidents.
Smart, kind, and compassionate. Helps others less fortunate building homes for Habitat for Humanity. He was also a US Navy officer who had a Seawolf-class fast-attack submarine named after him.

Very happy for the great Jimmy Carter to make this milestone. I can't think of anyone who has lead more by example.

I would've said that I am surprised Trump didn't recognize this milestone, but I knew and we all knew that he wouldn't do something that didn't directly benefit him monetarily.
