Gallup poll shows American pride at all time low

On a NYT poll 13% of Americans think the country is on the right path. That low number aside, who are these 13%...civil war fetishists? Maybe it's those at the top excited by the Fed's mission to crush the working class. Seriously, I'd like to know who makes up this 13% and how they arrived at that conclusion.
