A new leak on Weibo corroborates what we’ve heard before: under-display Face ID is planned for the iPhone 18 line.

Not the first time we’ve heard a rumor about moving faceID hardware under the display, but it sounds like the time is finally coming.

Though if you get an iPhone 18 Fold/Ultra, instead, I guess you’ll be stuck with TouchID instead of FaceID.
