This was mentioned during the Masters and apparently he had one of the iconic shots (NPI) of last year’s Masters.


I grew up watching his dad as a member of the Big Red Machine and Jr. always seemed like a really nice guy and good dude. Sad he never got a ring, but it sounds as if he has found something he enjoys doing as part of his retirement.

Junior is one of the GOATs, both on and off the field. And he's not the only Mariner legend to have worked a professional sports photographer after retiring from baseball. Randy Johnson is also a shooter, having covered the NFL as well as other subjects (including the rock band Rush).
