Elon Musk is accusing Apple company of an “unequivocal antitrust violation” for allegedly favoring OpenAI in the App Store’s AI rankings.

Not clear what it is Musk thinks Apple is actually doing wrong or why he thinks it’s illegal. Something to do with app store rankings or editorial content.

He just has to sue in Texas to get that judge with Tesla shares who doesn’t recuse himself because ethics are for everyone else (why Musk’s suit against MediaMatters isn’t being thrown out and he’s doing real damage whatever the eventual outcome is).
