Nothing new, but they make a legitimate point.

It's a different time for sure, there is a lot to be said for leaving some things to the imagination as opposed to full fledged hardcore porn at your fingertips. Frankly, I'm glad to have grown up where that wasn't available.

I totally agree. I can’t imagine seeing stuff I’ve seen today in my teen years. Softcore late night Showtime was enough “education” at the time. I’m so glad to have grown up in a time when the Internet wasn’t fully formed. I’ll never forget AOL, ICQ, and Yahoo! Messenger. I remember when all conversations started with ASL.

No. Playgirl never took off because women’s bodies are more attractive. You don’t even find the equivalent available today for gay men.
My point was asserting that straight men are more interested in looking at women in a sexual manner than vice a versa, no? Friendly comment. :)

I think women are more repressed because men were stupid and taught women to be ashamed of liking sex. There’s still stigma around women even admitting to liking porn. Look how women of a certain age lost their collective shit over 50 Shades of Grey. The book and the movies were terrible. But it was deemed acceptable porn for Moms. Only a couple of my friends liked the series and I’d definitely put them in the sexually repressed category. My friends and I are 36-37. They’re also Moms who married the only boy they had ever slept with. I’m certain 50 was very enlightening to them despite the fact it’s not a healthy representation of a stable relationship. Now everyone is watching Netflix’s version. 365 is even worse and depicts even more abuse.

Yes, that is true. But if women are being honest, straight women are more interested in looking at other women in a sexual manner than they are in looking at men. It's just esthetics. Sorry, but that dangly bit just isn't pretty.

Some men are the same way. My first husband grew up being taught that sex was nasty. So he was doubly repressed.

50 is for people who never read the Story of O.

This is also very, very true. Not pretty at all.

That must have sucked so much.

I had never heard of this book. I Wiki-ed it. I see your point.

Actually I agree with you on all points. But the dangly bit is a tool with a purpose that seems to please both parties. Now if an artificial dangly is preferred, I have no issue with that, but I suspect that many woman enjoy the real thing too in addition. Now as a straight guy, I’ve never been bothered by observing two women sexually engaged, but I don’t care to watch 2 men engaged If I have a choice, so I think I‘ve proven your point. :giggle:
