Panoramic cameras

In some of my posts about the Apple Vision Pro, I may have mentioned how great it is for viewing panoramic photos. But capturing them on an iPhone takes time and a relatively steady hand, so I've been looking for a panoramic digital camera. Does anyone here have experience with one?

Any camera can do panoramic photos or you could use a wide angle lens, all depends on how much you are willing to spend and to learn
The best it's to have a tripod...that is normally at home when you need it

Thanks. Ideally, I’d want something like a digital version of the Hasseblad XPan. Panasonic makes a few, but they’re not cheap! I’ve often shot panos with my Nikon DSLRs, but stitching them together takes time.

Agree about tripods. I usually take one with me when I travel, but there are places that don’t allow them.

There is also the Benro Polaris, which can set up your pano's automagically (after some setup). This is used by astrophotographers, but if you were looking for a cheaper than Hasslblad option... Well, anything else would be cheaper.

You could use some app that does the stitching for you: one that does it is Affinity Photos, if you don't have other apps

Yeah, Hasselblads are certainly expensive.

One concept I've read about is the Vwfndr Keirin – unfortunately, there hasn't been much about in since last year, and I wonder if it'll ever see the light of day.
