One man sending tens of thousands to their deaths against their will. If I had to choose I would rather die trying to take out Putin than on the battlefield for a war I never signed on for, now there's a cause worth fighting for.

Sorry, but this is exactly why dictators win. Everyone cowers to the single entity. If they rise together they put down the threat.

Even if you do comply it still will most likely happen. Remember what happened to Yevgeny Prigozhin after he agreed to stop the Wagner Group march on Moscow. Not to mention what happens if you don't get positive results. How many Russian Generals have fallen out of windows?

It’s easy to say when it isn’t your own wife and kids being threatened with rape and torture, etc.

It’s one thing to put yourself on the line, its another to put your kids and wife in harms way.

And yes, this is why dictators win, but you can’t entirely blame the population for that.

Is why its more likely that revolutions are likely to be instigated by single young men.
