Russian satellites acting weird

With the maneuvering capability, perhaps they are inspector satellites used to snoop on and assess other country's satellites. And, if called upon, to potentially disable/destroy them.

Also...could be the maneuvers detected are for test and evaluation, before others are launched and become operational.

This is probably the answer.

We’ve got some cool stuff like that as well. I think we’d all love to know what our x37B (could have the number wrong) space plane does when it goes up for a year or longer.

Ideally we wouldn’t have pissed away the treaties to not weaponize space, but MIC gonna MIC…
