On Tuesday, the Supreme Court substantially weakened federal limitations on raw sewage discharge into nearby bodies of water. Its 5–4 decision will, in practice, free cities to dump substantially more sewage into rivers, lakes, oceans, and bays, degrading water quality standards around the country.

I always found it a bit odd that Jesus chose to turn water into alcohol. Even by Biblical standards that seems way left field. Not sure which "book of...." that appeared in but I have to conclude they were a little tipsy at the time, a bit of a troll. Believers will still get the important bits right. Unless they are American. But America didn't exist back then. Nobody is that forward thinking.

All good. You know that draining the swamp stuff Trump used to talk about? Well, thanks to the Suoreme Court ruling on bribes - erm, excuse me, “gifts” - people convicted in Illinois are having convictions thrown out, and some may end up serving little jail time. It’s happened in my state, and I’m sure is happening with local and state officials across the country who were convicted of corruption.

I hope their water treatment plants have upped their chlorine orders by an order of magnitude.
