Just wondering if you guys have any advice on this. I have been using them with either RCA or 3.5MM jacks forever but newer TVs no longer support either, is bluetooth a viable alternative for this?

I imagine it would be your only alternative unless you're running the audio through a receiver.

Even my receivers (soundbars) don't have them anymore, it's a dated technology it seems. Just not sure how well BT will work in this situation, anyone here using them on their TVs?

I've been using my Beats Pro for the last couple years. The Beats Flex don't sound as good.

I use an Apple TV that connects easily to PowerBeats earbuds (don't even want it to, it jumps in there sometimes when I turn the earbuds on).

Does your TV have optical out port? I use that for these. I think I've had them for 4 years and are great.

I have to use a optical splitter because I also need to connect to a Sonos TV soundbar.

I use an AppleTV 4K almost exclusively so my AirPods Pro work perfectly. I get the spatial audio effect which works remarkably well.
