Yeah, I commented on this in another thread. I use CarPlay so much that this will improve my driving experience, even without Ultra.

I'm looking forward to having some widgets available. This is a great way to add customization without getting too distracting, IMO.

Having a widget on the dashboard telling me what the cloud cover that night looks like on the drive home would help me take more advantage of clear skies for astrophotography. Hmm... app idea, perhaps.

Yeah, the Neue Klasse interface actually removes some of the existing carplay integration, from what I read. They have their own thing going on with that new heads up thingy.
