There's a growing thread over on MR about whether Apple deserves any credit given that they purchased rights to CODA after it was made and shown at Sundance. TBH, I don't think that matters as much as some people are claiming. CODA is associated with Apple TV+, which bodes well for the streaming service. Incidentally, I watched it the other day and thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the way it illustrated the challenges faced by deaf people.
