Does anybody outside right wing business leaders respect McConnell?

Heard McConnell is now imploring people to get vaccinated and instantly thought he’s going to change exactly zero people’s minds. I’ve never seen or heard any average right winger praising McConnell.

About a month ago he was talking to a room of constituents and actually apologized for not successfully blocking the increased funding they would be receiving. He even listed a bunch of improvements they could use the money for with regret. Did he forget who he was speaking to? The stones on this guy.
