As soon as I saw those stickers going up, I smiled inside. What goes up must come down and those morons must be kicking themselves for plastering them everywhere. I even wonder what gas prices will be next election cycle? Because those stickers will surely still be there. The Trump coalition never thinks very far ahead.

This is why I never pin gas prices or economical shifts solely on any one president, it will eventually take a turn for the better or worse depending on many more factors than just who is in office.

Petrol and diesel dropped about 13p a litre almost over night here a couple of weeks back. Still £1.63 though for diesel.

What is your spread between gas & diesel?
We used to average around 75 cents to a $1. Now it is closer to $2. Paid $4.99/g the other day. And while it is less than it was, I will not be conditioned to be happy about it.

Petrol is around 20p a litre less than diesel but differs and can be up to 30p. I own two diesel cars so don’t pay too much attention to petrol prices. My local Tesco supermarket is currently charging this:
So we are paying around £7.37 ($8.89) a gallon which is still high but considerably cheaper than back in the summer.
