Do you eBay?

I browse ebay several times a week. I have a half dozen saved searches I look at every time I'm in the app, probably a dozen that notify me if there is ever a new item matching that search, and another dozen that I'll look through occasionally. In 2021, I purchased 11 items from ebay. I've also purchased two MacBooks from there, and both of those experiences have been great.

I buy laptop parts from eBay for my repair business whenever I can. I know I'm buying from a specific seller with a specific selling history. The inverse of Amazon.

My item has not arrived after a month (that is within Europe...)

Allegedly there was something wrong with their office and the courier service. The seller offered to "resend" the item.

I asked for refund. It arrived today.

I buy the odd thing on eBay but would never ever sell anything on there anymore. They don’t protect sellers and it is simply not worth the risk, plus there’s selling fees whereas other sites don’t include these.
