Saw this graphic and I admit, I only knew who one of them were. And that is only because the offspring made me watch them and then she applied for a job with them (Rhett & Link).

I have never heard of a single one of them. It used to be you needed some sort of talent to be famous, nowadays you have reality stars with the brains of a turnip who seem to gain the most attention.

I've heard of Mr. Beast, but haven't ever seen one of his videos. I think it's time to scale back my online time. Hopefully next year I can get a perfect 0.

When I look at those faces, I fail to see evidence of a kernel of artistry. Art is about ths human experience, struggle, suffering, discomfort, and I am not seeing any signs of that in those faces. They just look too clean and sheltered.

We stopped watching Masked Singer for this reason, we don't recognize any of them anymore so there's no point to even try guessing their voices.

On that note, and as an aside, one of my most respected painters is Lucian Freud. I love the manner in how he represents subjects in his portraiture. And in particular, these two, of himself, and the royal painting he made of Queen Elizabeth II. And this one of painter David Hockney.
