What is wrong with these greymailers that they cannot even put in some grammatical/spelling/logical errors anymore? In the old days, a HS graduate could easily spot the flaw in their play – which was what they wanted, because less intelligent people are easier to clean out.

Pretty certain it's Indian, the way they phrase "time has passed" is a pretty good indicator.

Got some of those a while back. They’d spiced it up by including an old password of mine so I can imagine people falling for it. Basically some site got hacked a long time ago and then released as a file with e-mail addresses paired with the corresponding cleartext password. Quite annoying. I don‘t give a damn about the already retired password, it is having my e-mail address out there in a list that sucks.

I don’t know. There’s the run-on sentence in the middle “paragraph”—if that’s what they are. It’s hard to tell when there’s no white space between them.
