this is a pic of my granddaughter with her first Christmas gift. The first thing she did was try to drink from it. it is a dog squeaky beer bottle.

Likely be pretty dreary here for the next several days (only rain in the forecast, but a chance of snow Thursday), so here's one from October, before we lost all of the leaves.

Back to our dreary skies.

Altamont Pass in California. Got up at 4:30 AM and drove for 2 hours to get the lighting I wanted.

Amazingly, the rains ended today and that bright sphere appeared in the sky. Warm enough to put the winter coat away for two of the walks today!!! . That made Zoey super-happy!!!

Oh...and to show you how much rain? This was yesterday morning....
