Pluribus (with spoilers)

The man in South America who refused the food left for him seems quite dissatisfied with the situation. I think he’s the person Carol has tried to call, but maybe he’ll be more receptive the next time.
I think that the next episode will focus on him and what he knows. something about the frequencies he was scanning. Then at the end he and Carol will be together to share what they know for the following episode.

Any theories on what the scanning of the radio frequencies was all about? My guess is that the hive mind uses some part of the cellular frequency to communicate, which is why the cell phone service is unavailable.

i just assumed it was something more simple - he’s looking to see if there are any unaffected people communicating by radio.

Seems like they put some time into the production for those scenes though, it may go somewhere. Then again they seem to be going all in on the production value for everything, it's the one constant throughout this show and it's a masterclass in cinema IMO.

Should have known better than to assume the thing that looked like it was going to be a big thing was actually the big thing. Gilligan don’t play like that.

Carol needs to reply to that same message they keep replaying with "I don't need the message anymore, just a beep will do" then we won't have to continue to hear it over and over, I hate having to use the FF button during a show but it's too redundant.

I still think they're going somewhere with the frequency with that hit what's his face found before taking off. I can also see he and Carol hitting it off, we shall see.

The recorded message is quite fun to those of us who watched Better Call Saul. Voiced by the actor who played “Howard,” who was a very important character.

Also, I think they’re going somewhere with it - they’re hanging a lampshade on it.
