What are you doing today?

Didn’t realize Rush 50 was out! So I’m blasting it on my ipad and somehow my teenage daughter is sleeping through it 5 feet away.

Good to know. Most of the time in my car I just set it to the artists, turn on shuffle and let 'er rip which is pretty much the same thing. Sometimes I make it from Santa Rosa to SF in only 2 songs. :ROFLMAO:

La Villa on this album is particularly good. 4 discs! I had to buy it on itunes because apparently only ½ of it is on streaming services, but I would have purchased it anyway. Some nice rarities on there.

Huh. I have a vivid memory of that one trip home from SF where it took us an hour to get from the south side of Santa Rosa to the north side of Santa Rosa. Now, the one in New Mexico, totally different story.

Awesome! Total envy.
A classmate’s uncle was their sound guy. A bunch of us 17 year olds piled into a car and drove up there. We had dinner with them and then listened to the concert from the sound booth in the middle of the floor.

When I was 17, I just assumed “this is how the rest of my life is going to go, right?”

And while we're at it here's a taste of La Villa Strangiato. I forgot how out of shape I am now that I'm back into drumming, took me a week to get this accurate up to speed and that's just this tiny section. Neil's stamena, especially through the later years, was nothing less than epic.

Fun with the Department of Homeland Security this weekend. All was good because I had all my documentation in order.

Drumming, drones, photography, f'ng around with Homeland Security... gotta ask where do you find the time?
Loving "retirement" lol. Droning, photography (and sometimes dealing with the law) is now almost a full time job, can be a drag but the money is good. The drumming is my escape from it all.
