Or maybe they can bring back the MiniFinder from System 2.0 that made it a bit easier to switch applications. Lil’ Finder Guy is sort of cute, but I hope he doesn't become as annoying as Microsoft's Clippy.

I enjoy the current Siri UI. I think it makes sense as something that will be able to read your screen

I’m not sure I understand what this means. Replacing the finder windows with a modeled little finder guy who runs around pulling my files out from underneath the dock or?
