Really hinges on "Do you want to play Nintendo games?"Honestly, debating between this or the SteamOS version of the Legion Go S. Not really sure which at this point.

First it was COVID, now it's tariffs. Nintendo can't seem to get a break.Yeah, that's really it for us, the 1st party Nintendo games: Mario Kart, Zelda, Mario Party, we've played those so much, had so much fun playing together.
Looks like the preorders have been delayed, because, well, you know ...

Breaking: Nintendo delays Switch 2 preorders over tariff concerns
Preorders won’t start April 9th as originally announced.www.theverge.com
Not a huge thing, this was intended as an Xmas gift, but hopefully N won't walk back on saying the price won't change.
Wonder if they will do a patched version of Zelda breadth of the wild for it or Tears of the Kingdom ?
Any additional charges from tariffs? I know it's finally hitting the Chinese drone maker market and prices are now astronomical.well, since I arrived in florida last evening and was up anyway, i placed a preorder via walmart. I hope i don’t get in trouble with my wife.

Accessories cost more, games and system pricing stayed the same. Of course all subject to change.Any additional charges from tariffs? I know it's finally hitting the Chinese drone maker market and prices are now astronomical.
Did you go to the SF store?Got my Switch 2 last night. Took about an hour to update the system and migrate all the data off my original Switch. Then it took many hours to download the new Mario Kart and 5 other original switch games from the e-store, so I didn’t get to actually play anything until this morning. Mario Kart World is a lot of fun! They always nail Mario Kart.
Despite the bigger size it feels great in the hand. Weight and weight distribution are great. Bigger screen is great. Feels very solid. Magnetic controllers snap on and off great.
I’m waiting on a couple controllers so I can try playing in dock mode - I don’t particularly like joycons, though these work better for me than the original ones (i have big hands). Ordered an 8bitdo and the Nintendo pro controller. Also ordered an sd express card - the file sizes on the native switch 2 games are pretty huge.
No. Preordered from Wal-mart.Did you go to the SF store?
About the only games I play are the Zelda games. But I usually can't finish them as the last part is too hard for my old reflexes. But they have so much gameplay. I usually need a guide, though. But I liked this one the best, I think.I went ahead and pulled the triggerFigured use the invite we just received (pre-registered with Nintendo), we know we'll want one at some point in the future, even if stays boxed until Xmas. Never know how manufacturing, availability, even prices (due to tariffs ...) might ultimately affect getting one. Now it's done
Maybe it'll get opened for Xmas in July

The internet seems dissatisfied with these specifications.
