Now he is now threatening TV stations with criminal prosecution if they run ads in favor of the measure. He is seeking to twist a statute meant to protect people from health threats like pollution (there is some powerful irony) to suggest that abortion constitutes a health threat to individuals (fetuses) or something like that.
