USA Election 2024

On the last day of campaigning, how is everyone feeling? I am nervous and optimistic at the same time.

About 5 months ago I saw something that summed it up far better than I could. It said something like "The next 5 months will be like all of America is waiting on biopsy results".

My personal belief is that the polls are wrong like they were in the last two elections and things will be fine. But I could be wrong and it will be as close as they say. Either way, we'll know soon enough.

You can tell some media outlets are being careful to question some of the data, even though they really think they're wrong. I'm sure 2016 has them all afraid to come out with it and you can't really blame them.

There's a theory that some of these polls have been fudging the numbers to keep things at a relative tie so they don't become known as a future poll that can't be trusted if they put things in the opposite direction of how things actually turn out.

But aren't they going to look just as bad if one candidate wins by 3-4 points?

Ouch...

His Reading, PA rally is scheduled to start at 2:00pm and his Pittsburgh rally is scheduled to begin at 6:00pm. So whoever posted this at 12:06 is lying.

And I get accused of posting misinformation. Geez.
Read the tweet, 10 minutes before the rally.

T was scheduled to speak at 2, but the rally could well have started at 12:15. No need to hyperventilate.

In any case, there have been several instances lately where T was speaking to... let's say "not quite full" venues...

Some serious huffing and puffing going on in MAGA land right now. :ROFLMAO:

If you are going to believe what the tweet said vs the time stamp of the tweet of 12:06 and the local news report saying the rally is scheduled to start at 2:00, then I’ve got nothing.

He was still speaking in NC at 12:06. So the rally couldn’t have started at 12:15.

If those several instances were based off tweets such as this one can you really believe it?

His NC rally was scheduled for 10am and his next rally in PA at 2pm. He was still speaking past noon in NC, and he’s notoriously late. His first rally started 50 minutes late this morning, maybe that spilled over.

The rallies aren’t full when he takes the stage, and they stream out while he’s talking, regardless of what the tweet timelines are. You can find pictures of the rallies just as empty while Trump is at the podium. Nobody cares but him, so its fun to point out how his “capacity crowds” are anything but.

More empty seats, this is from NC.
