In messages now, unsend works for up to 2 minutes. You can now edit the message up to 5 times, and there is a log of the edits (viewable by both sender and receiver):

There is also now support for live activities. Not sure if any built-in apps have that yet.
 
Apps that want full screen portrait-only on iPad now work in windows in any orientation. Yay!

Also iphone apps can have their windows resized on iPad.
