Good. Will be ending my Twitter account - which is an anonymous shit post account to more easily keep up on the news - and moving to a real account on Bluesky.

When Trump and Vance “big tech censored conservatives”, that’s kind of true, but only because they didn’t want to allow racists, white supremacists and dangerous lies on their platform.
 
Now, Musk say any action against him or his companies is “democrat weaponization of government”. Doesn’t matter who’s suing him or for why, he’ll tie it all to the left and probably immigrants. Somehow, this action by a Taiwanese firm suing him will be tied to some mother and kid who crossed the border.

You forgot the republican rule of law and order - “it’s not a crime when I do it, because I had a good reason”.

Trump has a mail order bride and imported in-laws. Vance is leading the party of white supremacists even as they attacked his wife and kids.

Hypocrisy is the lifeblood of the GOP these days. This was never truly about immigration, it’s about the color of the immigrants.

I'm not a big Grimes fan and I tend to elevate artists in my head, but I can't believe she has 3 kids with this idiot. She has a better pick of the litter than most and she chose this.

I can think of some other punishments.

“Risk receiving a glass of milk with your cookies.”

“Risk of choosing your own pizza toppings.”

“Risk of good weather.”

While visiting the hospital may be SOP, one was actually suffering from an unspecified illness or injury and had to stay. However, that likely has more to do with the (extended) stay on the ISS than the trip home. Nevertheless if NASA actually admonishes you for prioritizing budget and politics over safety, well, that’s almost like FIFA or the IOC actually coming after you for corruption - things must be really, really bad. I’m exaggerating of course, but still.
