There’s also speculation that being exposed to lead contributed to the rise of violence and serial killers in the 70’s and 80’s, not so much being exposed to it throughout life as the mother being exposed while pregnant. International data backs this up as lead bans happened at different times in history in different countries and the rise and decline followed the same pattern relative to the ban date.

On a related note, it’s almost statistically impossible that in the entire history of serial killers that one has never been taken out by a random good guy with a gun. Even when there was a struggle with a victim in a house with a gun they didn’t get taken down by it. This is a massive black mark on good guys with guns. Be better.

Can these MAGA morons behave themselves during the State Of The Union? Biden got a good jab in last year when they booed him for truthfully bringing up how they wanted to cut Social Security, and he was just like “Oh good, Social Security is off the table America!”

If they pull that shit tonight, they may accidentally hand Biden a highlight clip when he has a witty comeback for them.

Hopefully they’ll just behave themselves and stick to the more routine jeers.

Not even sure he needs to steal, the cult is over on Fox News, and they retort to that accusation with “Hey, Trump already said he wouldn’t spend the money on his legal fees!”

In 2024, people still believe Trump. It’s truly remarkable.

Not only that, they think he should get all of the RNC money. When people respond “Lara Trump already said she’d spend whatever is necessary solely on Trump”, some say “She should!”

This is a cult. They will lose badly. More alarming than the people who are ok with this, are the ones who are not. Lots of pro-Trump comments who are not ok with this, for obvious reasons. But they’re responses are tepid.
 
I see everyone's favorite ex-congressman, George Santos, is planning to run again. I don't think there's more than a 0% chance he can win this time, but it's a good reminder to the electorate of the clowns in the Republican party, including MTG, LB, and a host of others.

BTW, it was disgusting to see Santos at the SOTU last night. I was surprised anyone would want to be seen sitting next to the guy. I half expected him to yell something during the speech, which would have given Biden yet another opportunity to retort.

Why is it that the Republicans (especially) youth pastors and MAGA the folks getting arrested and convicted for child pornography, pedophilia, rape, murder. And yet the focus is on Trans people and drag queens? Its almost like it’s projection. Worst of all its hardly reported on.
