Musk going full Nazi

Musk is a giant tool:
He’s the perfect example of why billionaires should be regulated out of existence. The man is unhinged, anti-American, anti-democracy, a threat by virtue of his wealth, just like those fucking Russian Oligarchs* who take the money and run, look at the minions as his personal bed of gravel in his flower garden. 🤬

* In Russia , do they stand up to wrong doing? No, they enable the abuse to cement their position. Now , we have, our own set of oligarchs bowing to the presumed Emperor., fuckers… 🤬

I'm fully convinced that if he were able to run for president he would win in a landslide. The more corrupt, the more Americans seem to love it.
This is what makes me feel like, not only do we don’t deserve success, but we deserve to suffer. I feel like a majority believe this is fucked up, but we’ll just schlep along like sheep until our relative comfort evaporates.

The fucking MAGOTs actually want a revolution. Maybe it’s time they get what they wish for and we can all be fucked. Then when the fires subside and the smoke clears, the few survivors will see the path forward and take it. We’ll be back to small colonies making grounded survival decisions, that is if Giai still can tolerate our poison. Honestly, at this point, I can’t even hope for democracy, maybe the best the sheep can look to is a benevolent dictator, who understands our self destructive nature and keeps us in our protective corrals. 😔

Wow this makes a statement. (may have to click on the link to see the video)

Best use of a Deplorean ever.
May have been an accident caused by loading up the back with fireworks that got triggered by a short. Could be the Darwin Award winner for 2025 earned it on the first day of the year.

The driver thought that whiskey bottle was empty when he tossed it over his shoulder. In the LV heat, a lot of the alcohol evaporated into the cabin, but what did not leaked onto the battery terminals, sparking the short that ignited the fumes. The driver was already blitzed, so he failed to notice the smell.

Damn, but this makes my head hurt. In 1949, a very famous Raketenwissenschaftler wrote a sci-fi novel called The Mars Project: A Technical Tale. In this story, he details aboriginal Martian society and culture, which we Terrans are on our way to visit.

(I should note here that one of the most glaring flaws in almost all sci-fi ever is the complete homogenization of entire ecosystems and planetary cultures – if little old Gaia hosts such diversity, should we not expect it everwhere?)

In Chapter 24, von Braun describes the Martian government
The Martian government was directed by ten men, the leader of whom was elected by universal suffrage for five years and entitled "Elon." Two houses of Parliament enacted the laws to be administered by the Elon and his cabinet.

I mean, the author was a Nazi who built rockets. Although, he was also a guy who understood stuff.

Not even the FBI or CIA can get into an iPhone, but a Tesla? Leave it to Elon.

Elon Musk Gets Praise From Police For Help In Cybertruck Explosion Investigation
Elon Musk provided information about the suspect and also got the cybertruck unlocked. The vehicle 'auto-locked' itself after the explosion. Musk also provided videos from a Tesla charging station on Colorado-Las Vegas route.

Do we want accident data to be encrypted so no one can decrypt it?

Edit: or vehicle telematics

I'm kinda torn on this one. On one hand, what the car was doing at the time of an accident is clearly not a privacy issue. On the other, records of a journey I took are different. The fact that Musk will happily hand Supercharger data over is more concerning if there wasn't a warrant involved.

I would be surprised if EA and EVgo didn’t also have this kind of data to give to law enforcement when asked.
I suspect getting everything exonerating Tesla from the event out ASAP was Musk's one and only priority.
Of course this is the motive.

This is actually not a privacy issue. While OTR charging, you are in a public place, with no reasonable expectation of privacy. Just like with a FF car, when you stop at a gas station, they have cameras and random witnesses, and your actions are right there out in the open.

Looks like the poor guy had PTSD and decided to go out with bang...
If you have PTSD, try to get into one of the Psilocybin trials. It can change your life (for the better).

This is my biggest issue, there should be an official chain of custody. Musk being able to dial up our personal information at the drop of a hat is unnerving. I have never felt comfortable in his car.
