A judge has dismissed Individual-ONE's lawsuit against the Grey Lady for reporting on his taxes and has ordered him to cover their legal costs, to the tune of about $400K. Apparently NY has strong laws against Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation (SLAPP) and, of course, the Grey Lady has 1A on their side.

Of course, the judge was informed Trump has a stop in New Hampshire, so he told the lawyers your client can do what he wants, but this stuff is moving ahead with or without him.

What Trump means is he’ll create zones where he’s free to commit crimes, or more specifically anything he does in those zones can’t be considered a crime. Also any crimes he directs from those zones that occurs outside those zones can’t be considered a crime. It’s one of those zany defund the police moments. You can’t take it at face value.

More details on Trump’s crime free zone. Most white collar crime won’t be a thing. It rarely gets pursued and when successfully prosecuted the penalties are so laughably minor that committing the crime was still worth it. It’s a big waste of taxpayer money. Money saved.

The exceptions to this will be anything that causes Trump or his organization to lose money. The entire IRS will be thrown in prison by the end of his first year back in office.
